In 2003 I took my real estate exam, passed it and became an active real estate broker in Oregon.  After 20+ years of growing fresh market produce on my farm, I was a natural for helping sellers sell their rural properties and assist buyers with all the special testing that is needed for buying rural peroperties.  Rural properties are not my only market of knowledge.  I can list and sell condos and residential propertis as well. I am with my sellers/buyers all the way through the transaction, from listing their home, getting it on the market, negotiating an offer, working on any repairs, signing documents at escrow and the final turning over the keys.  My successful 19 years in real estate is proof that my knowledge of negotiating, "The deal" has resulted in many a referral. As one of my seller's said to me, "You are the Yoda of real estate".

When not on the trail of a hot new listing or helping a buyer, I am active in the Canby Kiwanis, have sat on the Board of North Willamette Association of Realtors and I always have time to mentor a new real estate Licensee.
