I've been involved in buying or selling property at least 8 times now and have never had a realtor put in more effort or give better service. We purchased this home from out-of-state and really had to rely on them for negotiations, inspections, on-site presence and so much more. "I met Chris through a mutual friend, and when the time came that I was ready to buy I asked him about the process and if he could help.
He walked me through the whole process, explaining all the lingo and legal terms I never really knew but had heard. The loan officer he recommended really helped because she understood the complexities of being a self-employed individual. We looked and looked, making a couple offers but never got discouraged because Chris stayed optimistic, even willing to show us homes well outside the Portland area.
